Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the MAXPRO unit and all included accessories back into the original box to ensure the equipment remains protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
